Property Advisor in Dubai , Abu Dhabi , Sharjah - United Arab Emirates (UAE).
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent to join our A I Capital team. In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. Your strong interpersonal skills and passion for real estate will contribute to our commitment to exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.

Conduct property market research and analysis to advise clients effectively.

Assist in property valuation and provide recommendations for pricing.

Facilitate property viewings and open houses.

Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and
vendors.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and local regulations.

Prepare marketing materials and listings to promote properties.
Qualifications
-
Proven experience as a Property Advisor, Real Estate Agent, or similar role.

Knowledge of real estate markets and property regulations.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum 6 months experience in Real estate or Sales.
